For the celebration of their 40 years Eric Bompard gave Rachelle Cunningham carte blanche to paint something with the rouge quarante and take photos of her in the look for the celebration, on social media campaign. She created social media content for them.
“For this new artistic collaboration #Bompard @bompard.paris invited the artist @rachellecunning to reinterpret Rouge Quarante, the Maison’s iconic shade created to mark forty years of colour and savoir-faire.
Inside her studio, red takes on a festive hue one of warmth. Enveloping the painting like a Christmas light left on after dusk. More than a color, Rouge Quarante becomes a seasonal emotion: warm & vibrant. Conceived as a gift, Rachelle Cunningham’s artwork is offered like a present, an expressive gesture to mark the season of giving.
Through her distinctive, intuitive approach, she weaves a subtle dialogue between Bompard’s Rouge Quarante and her own Onirique universe, transforming the shade into a contemporary holiday statement: intimate and softly celebratory.”
