Shipping & Returns
All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless specified otherwise, your order will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL, Colissimo, la Post . You can see the shipping cost for your item in the checkout once you enter your address. If you are based in Paris we offer hand deliver / pick up for clients who would like to pick up directly the artworks or prints.
Please note Rachelle Cunningham is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on shipments.
We process orders within 3-5 business days after receiving your order. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Upon receipt of your payment, orders are ready for dispatch in 2-5 business days after. Please note orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or during National French holidays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
For European orders, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment email. For outside Europe delivery can take up to two weeks. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or other delays by the shipping company.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping prices are calculated based on your location. All packages are insured with a tracking number. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@rachellecunningham.com
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@rachellecunningham first. We are able to email you the return/exchange shipping instructions.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of your purchase. Once your return is accepted, we will send you shipping instructions. Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
With regards to refunds please note:
The cost of any customs duties paid to return the item will be deducted from the refund amount. We will send you the customs duty receipt/proof.
Cost of shipping the original item to customer (as stated at purchase) will be deducted from the refund amount. For items that include shipping, we provide the shipping receipt.
If you have questions about the return customs paperwork, please contact us before shipping your item back.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once it is ok'd, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending on the country in which you reside. Rachelle Cunningham is not responsible for payment of this duty.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
