Title: Social Media & Content Intern - some assisting too
Location: Has to be Paris Based, but can work both remotely and then help rachelle in her studio & shows : events
Hours: ~6–10 hrs/week | 2 month internship ( July- September)
Compensation: Unpaid, with mentorship and potential paid freelance later(USE FOR PORTFOLIO)Role Overview:
Help grow a multi-platform creative brand through storytelling, content design, and community-building. You’ll assist Rachelle in developing her own art business but also her newest project, you will work alongside her to help enhance her realm with beautiful content for her very creative following. - NOTE (for fall intern - this will also entail attending events and shows with Rachelle so she may get the content she needs, film behind the scenes for youtube, TikTok, instagram and film her own events and workshops)You’ll Help With:
Planning and scheduling posts for Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, YouTube
Creating reels, Carousels, will be a lot of visual work
Taking content photos, personal content creator
Helping Rachelle on some smaller tasks if something urgent pops up - can be open to being more than just content creation but assistant role too
Repurposing podcast clips, grwm’s and artwork into social content
Writing engaging captions and researching hashtags/trends
Ideal For Someone Who:
Loves social media, trends, and visual storytelling
Has a great eye for design and style (Canva/CapCut/ photoshop is plus)
Is organized and self-motivated with a collaborative vibe - honestly Rachelle just wants a person who loves to create and will help her film what she needs and help put it together should be fun, and chill and she is very open to ideas. Should feel collaborative.
2. Title: Fashion Design Intern (Pattern + Garment Support)
Location: Has to be based in Paris, but can work from home & some days in RachelLE’s studio
Hours: Flexible |3-month internship (July-september)
Compensation: Unpaid, with mentorship and potential paid freelance later(USE FOR PORTFOLIO)
Role Overview:
Support the design and production of a few original fashion pieces Rachelle has designed to be used in upcoming project this fall. Great for fashion students or emerging designers, or someone who is really just amazing at textiles and sewing, tailoring.
You’ll Help With:
Pattern drafting and adjusting based on concept sketches
Sewing samples and final garments
Have knowledge on textiles knowing how they work on a body
Prepping garments for creative shoots or events (this will be a certain project in October so pieces must be finished by end of September - only 3 designs to be made)
Ideal For Someone Who:
Has sewing and garment construction knowledge
Is studying fashion or has hands-on design experience
Is excited by slow fashion, wearable art, and experimental style
Who knows that the design is Rachelles and is open to helping her create hers make it come to life
3. Title: ASSISTANT INTERN
Location: Has to be based in Paris, but can work from home & some days in RachelLE’s studio
Hours: FULL TIME / SEPTEMBER - December
Compensation: Unpaid, with mentorship and potential paid freelance later(USE FOR PORTFOLIO)
Role Overview:
Basically to be Rachelle little helper, there will be an array of things that will need to be done, very much for someone who enjoys different experiences and loves the art & fashion world would like to see what it entails. From helping Rachelle in hosting her workshops, to shipping out some works, to helping her take content for her socials, to editing sometimes some reels, to helping her organising & helping her in her brand deals, to attending shows & events with her to take the content. Help organise the projects Rachelle is currently working on for this fall, help packaging christmas orders, it could be an array of things.

Assisting Rachelle with her daily tasks
Helping take content , shooting content, filming content
Creating reels, posts, update socials
Packaging works, shipping to post
Helping Rachelle with the projects she has going on - this will be an array of things- each week will look different some days we need to be together some days you work remotely- very much what is needed that week.
Helping Rachelle achieve her vision for her art
Ideal For Someone Who:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable with multitasking and managing priorities
Speaks English & French (enough to speak in both doesn’t matter about writing it well)
Interest in Fashion & Art Industry
someone who cares about what Rachelle is creating and wants to be a part of that helping her in more practical ways. (the art and creativity will always be made by Rachelle but she needs an intern to help delegate some smaller things so she can focus on creating - if this goes well possibility for something more permanent - full time paid job)

Note Rachelle understands it is summer time now and that anyone who applies will have summer holidays she would just love to have the two interns chosen so that they can work when they can in Paris for months July, August, September. Then there will be another post for an intern around November & December time for the Christmas Holiday Orders as an Intern Assistant. She is more than happy to set up a Zoom call to go over with those who are interested in working with here, these are short internships 2-3 months long, there is potential is could go on longer and form into a working job, freelance work, full time but Rachelle is very much about how energies are, she hopes to find a few lovely individuals who are excited about this industry and want to learn more about it and help her in her tasks that she needs to do in order for her realm to grow more.
